5. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide the best possible service, please note:
- Visa approval is subject to embassy/consulate decisions, which we cannot guarantee
- University admission depends on the institution's acceptance criteria
- Flight and hotel availability are subject to real-time inventory
- We are not responsible for changes in government policies or regulations
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type:
- Visa Services: Consultation fees are non-refundable. Processing fees may be refundable if services have not commenced.
- Travel Bookings: Subject to airline and hotel cancellation policies
- Training Programs: Refund policies will be specified at the time of enrollment
7. Limitation of Liability
GTAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GTAC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Your personal and travel information will only be shared with relevant service providers as necessary to fulfill our services.

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
